"Successfully Selling HUD Homes" is a four-hour seminar offered to real estate professionals and others associated with the management and marketing of HUD-owned properties. In most states, attendees can earn four hours of continuing education credits for participating in this seminar. Attendees obtain detailed information about how to determine the status of a property before, during and after it is listed for sale, the electronic bidding procedures, and required documentation.
