First Preston has ongoing initiatives with established real estate industry associations to create opportunities for small minority and women-owned real estate businesses to compete for subcontracting opportunities. We offer information on subcontracting opportunities to these organizations for distribution to their members who may be interested in becoming subcontractors to First Preston. We also provide training to their membership on how to successfully sell government-owned and bank-owned properties. First Preston participates in many of the local, regional and national conferences and events of these organizations to promote homeownership and assist in their initiatives to increase minority homeownership. These organizations include:

National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) was founded in 1999 and has become the largest non-profit trade association dedicated to empowering real estate professionals to more efficiently and effectively serve the Hispanic community. NAHREP provides professional education, industry representation, publications, and technology solutions for those real estate professionals primarily dedicated to serving Hispanic homebuyers.

National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (NAREB) which was founded in 1947 and is the oldest national minority trade association in America serving the African American real estate community. Its mission is to organize with others to promote better housing for those in need, work with government and civic leaders in fostering better relations with the private sector, elevate professional and ethical principles and offer economic improvement for both their members and the minority community they serve.
