We recognize the value that real estate professionals offer in the marketing of properties and in assisting homebuyers through the home purchasing process. All bids submitted on properties in First Preston’s portfolio of homes, must be submitted by a registered broker/agent. As a selling agent, you can earn up to a 5% commission on a government-owned home and up to 3% commission on a bank-owned home. In addition, HUD pays closing costs up to a certain percentage of the offer price for interested buyers of HUD-owned homes. This makes the homes more affordable to buyers and selling these homes easier for you.
In order to place offers and sell government-owned properties, you must be registered with HUD and have an active Name Address Indentifier (NAID) number. If you are not currently registered with HUD, please click on “NAID Certification” for the appropriate documents and instructions to receive a NAID number.
In addition, if you want to submit offers on Bank-Owned or Government-Owned properties in KY, TN, MO, OK, KS, or GA, you must have an account set up on BidSelect.
