To support homeownership, First Preston works with a variety of non-profit community organizations, professional real estate organizations, lending institutions and government agencies to provide free seminars on purchasing foreclosed properties. These properties, known in the real estate industry as REO (real-estate owned) properties are ones in which a lender has foreclosed and the government or bank has taken possession of the property. Our clients contract with First Preston to manage and market the properties. We also provide management and marketing services for Bank-Owned properties.

The homeownership seminars are designed to assist potential homebuyers in all steps of the process including viewing available properties, selecting a real estate agent and submitting online bids through the appropriate channels.
