Job Description:
The HUD-1 Specialist position is responsible for ensuring that the closing documents are accurate. Duties include:

• Ensuring timely receipt and return of pre-closing HUD1 packages
• Reviewing all pre-closing HUD1 packages from assigned closing agent to insure that all information conforms with sales contract and other established guidelines
• Reviewing all post-closing HUD1 packages to insure that all information conforms with approved pre-closing package and that all criteria have been met by HUD's designated closing agent
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and organizational skills
• Proficient Excel and MS Word skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of HUD1s and closing process (prefer 2 yrs exp)
• Able to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to pass credit and criminal investigations
